Palacios and Quijote chorizo should be stored in your refrigerator. It is especially important to keep the meats sealed after the packages have been opened, to retain the delicious flavor and maintain freshness. We recommend using the products within 5-10 days of opening.

Additionally, we recommend removing the chorizo from the refrigerator 10-15 minutes before opening to improve the ease of use and the flavor.
